| Tie-up shirts provide a snug wrap-around for dressing in the early
days. Premature babies need size 50 shortsleeve. The shirt is wrapped around for an extra layer of
protection. It can be used over a wrap-around vest or on its own and the shirt closes on the front or on
the back with a string (see picture). |
